Katie Lowes was born on September 22, 1981 in Queens, NY. A graduate of New York University Tisch School of the Arts, she was cast in the stage play Four Saints in Mexico. The actress began her career in 2004, making her debut as a bit player in the television series Rescue Me. Most of her roles so far have been guest stints on television shows, such as The Sopranos, Without a Trace, NCIS, Ghost Whisperer and Swingtown, as well as daytime soaps Guiding Light and As the World Turns.
Her first regular television role came in 2008, when she signed on for a slot in the cast of Easy Money.
